Everything, movement inertia, health bar to compensate for shitty pattern design, wonky collisions that bounce you around with no iframes, terrible enemy wave, boss and pattern design (they slowly drift down the screen and shoot directly ahead), no weapon balance, poorly designed difficulty modes and more. At least its better than Raptor, now thats a true shitpile of a game.
