I found this song on a old PS1 demo CD. This song only shows up when played as a music disc. To this very day, I have no ideal if this song was used in a game or if it was just some standalone tune.

It's off the Ridge Racer Revolution ost.
It's the arcade attract mode music, at it's at 1:55. Many early PS1 games didn't use compressed/encoded music and instead used standard redbook audio. Posting the whole ost because it's a banger.
