Thinking about it some more, I'm kinda convinced the Second Rap was written by some cynical person who was against SPA's message, but hid his motive enough to where it could pass as an anti-piracy rap, when really it's practically a parody going on about how assholish the industry is when it comes to piracy, where they come off more like absolute assholes saying "GIVE MONEY OR GO TO JAIL!" while producing bullshit rather than actually producing quality and caring about the consumer.
