I played the first one recently, but it just reaffirmed that I don't really enjoy this sort of non-puzzle solving adventure game where you just hit every command over and over until more story happens

You can inspect the corpse in the very beginning of 2 more than you need to.
You can call a random high school "girl" in the later chapters (an evening) and that choice's consequences will haunt you whenever you go through there for the rest of the game
The game has a score post credits for how nice and fuckable you are to girls overall, iirc
