You can, but the way it activates is weird and inconsistent. Basically, while you're blocking you press a button. Each button you press has a chance of activating pushblock. The basic idea is to piano your buttons while blocking. If it activates on light, it barely pushes them, but if it activates on heavy, it pushes them pretty far. There's no way to know which button will do it, but one of them will always activate it.
