real question is how do the turtles keep jumping to new time periods if they don't have a time machine themselves, but were just sent back by shredder?

also why the fuck did he not only send the turtles back in time but also send foot soldiers. sending the TMNT back in time was more than enough to get rid of them, sending his army was just a waste of his own resources.

I was always amused that the NOT RETRO 2003 TMNT game was developed by Konami themselves, and if public opinion is anything to go by, it's the best of the four Konami games. Did Konami hold the TMNT license for that long or something? Or did they just really love the turtles?
