So I used to play this game on the school computer when I was in 5th grade - in 1999, maybe?

You're in a school, and you collect clues to figure out which robot did SOMETHING that I'm assuming they shouldn't have done

One robot was named turbo, and another was Rolo

Any ideas?

In 99' I was 14 and getting my Dreamcast. I waited excitedly for it since it was announced. I saved all summer for it and bought it at Electronics Boutique at my local mall on 9/9/99. Unfortunately my copy of Sonic Adventure didn't work. What a great system.

then you were born in 85-86

Remember: You only have three more years to avoid wizard status, Anon

You must lose your V-card and leave 4chan forever by 30 or it's too late and you'll become those sadsack manchildren you sometimes see here

We didn't had computers in school during 1987 but I had a C64 at Home.

I will never forget when I got my Amiga though. It sure blased all there was away.

Though I had consoles later on, they didn't really interest me much.

>>597654
I envy ya, the Dreamcast was a beast. I bought a used one and a used Saturn when their days obviously passed away long time ago.

Thanks to Segata Sanshiro commercials obviously.

if you were born in the summer of 83 or later, you're still not 30 yet and he said he was in school in 87

If he was born in late 83 he could have started kindergarten by 87 and still be in his 20s

Narrator: The moon. For several years, she has fascinated many. But will man ever walk on her fertile surface?(cut to a shot of Adlai Stevenson at a press conference) Democratic hopeful Adlai Stevenson says so.
Stevenson: I have no objection to man walking on the moon.
[cut back to the moon where a family plays on the moon's
fertile surface]
Narrator: By 1964, experts say man will have established twelve
colonies on the moon, ideal for family vacations.
[a man fishes a comely moon maiden out of a crater. She
winks at the audience]
[a chart shows the difference]
Once there, you'll weigh only a small percentage of what
you weigh on Earth.
[cut to a shot of a chubby boy eating pie]
Slow down, tubby! You're not on the moon yet!
[cut to a shot of the moon, with an American flag
superimposed on it. The camera pulls back to reveal some
men in spacesuits]
The moon belongs to America, and anxiously awaits the
arrival of our astro-men. Will you be among them?
[fini. The film runs off the reel]
Ralph: Miss Hoover, the movie's over.
Lisa: Where's Miss Hoover?
Janey: [looks out the window] Hey, her car's gone.
Ralph: Maybe she drove to the moon.

That's why old Simpsons was so great. They had that down to a tee.

Trust me when I say that 90s-era elementary schools had not only 60s-vintage film projectors, but also films to run on them.

Ohhh man I was trying to remember what that was. There was another game I played too, all I can remember is that it was a platformer-type in a cave with spiders that came down from the top of the ceiling and maybe something about treasure?

I'm 31. I'm married, but haven't had any kids yet.

Also, I played this fucking game when I was young... much younger and earlier than OP. We had it on our old DOS-only machine, for fuck's sake.

Rolo was a bitch.

It's more sad than anything. The 90s were the last really non-shitty decade. Sorry kids, you're the corporation's bitches now.
