The only "weird" thing about TM is that you have to basically date every girl because they'll get jealous and bomb you if you don't.

Generally speaking everyone except Shiori should be easy to get since you just train their favored stats which should be obvious by their archetype (sporty girl loves sports) - if you want to get the main girl of any TM game then you basically need to either start charting shit or use an FAQ.

Scheduling is tight, but its meant to be that way. Pursuing Shiori is supposed to be hard. The system's kinda wonky actually, specially if you're trying to get all of her CGs, since other girls may get in the way of certain events (i.e., you may get another girl for christmas since if you're pursuing Shiori, you're technically chasing everyone else as well)
