I never took yoga classes because I heard it causes you to lose control of your bowels. I guess because your body's not meant to be loosened up like that. If you keep at it you probably eventually learn to stop having bowel problems, but I wouldn't want to go through that span of time before then where you're just crapping your pants in public even when you haven't eaten anything particularly bad earlier.
