I don't think so, I think Ura Zelda was a canceled expanded version that got sifted down into MQ.

Not really. It's just a rearranged version of the game. Some of the dungeons are in fact much easier than the originals, and none of the new puzzles are really that tricky. Once you realize stuff like switches embedded in walls the game becomes a cinch.

One of the positives of MQ is that the dungeon order is a lot more flexible. It's just easier to run into a dungeon, grab the treasure, then leave and go somewhere else.

I played it on 3ds where the whole world was mirrored and I really enjoyed it. Water temple
I remember for the first time making me struggle. All the others seemed like fun twist or like a cool ROM hack of OoT for extra fun. Didn't 100% it though cause most of the other stuff was the same aside for minor changes. It's cool to see link being right handed although i do prefer the southpaw style

Puzzles are way harder but combat is basically the same as it ever was. Throwing a harder enemy at you earlier doesn’t do much when you can rely on the same safe strategies as usual.

Also anyone who wants an oot romhack with challenging combat, check out nimpize adventure.

That's fair but you need to come to terms Aonuma Zelda is a puzzle game. What little combat is in it can be cheesed if you use the correct weapon vs the correct enemy and even if for some reason you still die there's always a pot or bush around to restore you to full health. For some reason you people can't accept that.

Btw, one important note is that OoT can't handle more than 2 Stalfos AIs at once Open up the Debug Rom on an Editor and try placing 3 -alfos type enemies in a room and see what happens to the framerate.
