What sort of heathen throws out DS cases?
As for GBA, I've been meaning to do the thing where you put them each in cassette cases with printed out covers.

if you have a binder or portfolio of games you can box up your cases

DS cards are just as well put into a stamps binder.

I don't own many games anymore though, the ones I do I just have in a box along with some relevant controllers and memory cards.
