3 master monks is a stupid meme that needs to die.
Sarah is shitty at healing but has good attack, give her the vigor ball or drop her.
Karna is a great healer that will spend almost every turn healing, there's no reason to be autistic about her promotion just so she can attack an enemy once every 10 turns.
Sheela is awful both at healing and attacking, and much like Taya, exists only as a consolation gift for those who missed the secret promotion. The only way to make Sheela good is abusing boost to give her 10 levels of advantage relative to your party, which I'd rather not.

I once got lucky on her level-up on the last map of the first chapter. A whopping +11 Defence that made her a top tank for the rest of this game.

I'm not the one who cripples his party by not being able to equip post promotion weapons for most of the game and has to waste time grinding to get through because of it, m8. Promoting at level 40 is the biggest meme of all. A boring unrewarding slog just to make the difficulty an absolute joke for the final few battles vs. more or less consistant grind-free difficulty throughout the game. Which is the more enjoyable experience?
