I honestly think Seinfeld would work really well as a point and click sort of game, what with the huge cast of characters and the stories being mostly a sequence of events. Maybe it could even have a feature where each playthrough would play out differently, due to a variety of things such as talking to everyone, checking every item, the speed it takes you to solve a puzzle, and how soon you switch between the characters. Because of this, the game could have a replay mode that basically plays out as an episode.

I always pictured that as a game using the zombies ate my neighbors engine, but instead of kids shooting the undead its Al (and Jefferson if you're playing 2P) roaming his neighborhood and local Mall in search of his beloved Big 'Uns magazines (Marcy stole them and threw them out of her car all over town)
Play as Al (or Al & Jefferson) as they search for Al's beloved Big 'Uns magazines in beloved MWC locations such as the Nudie Bar, the Bowling Alley, The Mall (fight Gary), and Polk High.
Buy extra life from Kelly or stronger weapons from Bud. (and find Buck for an extra life)

Graphics like those wouldn't work too well, they look too weird. I imagine lucas arts would've had a swing at it, and used a more cartoonish approach like pic related in order to keep the characters identifiable in a low resolution.

blame Melee modding for that. You can't even do half of what you can do in Brawl modfing either.
even then you'll still bash it anyways because of the 0-to-death gameplay and limited controls.

It'd be a lot more impressive if it was a mod to Smash 64 that tried making more like melee. This isn't "smash 64 2", this is just Melee with different sounds and worse presentation, just look how awful Mario looks, especially when animated with Melee's more nuanced animations.

This mod isn't trying to be the next Project M or something like Minus (Silly Melee already exist)
its not even classified as a gameplay overhaul mod. ConnorRentz just wanted to do a fun inspired mod pack for those interested.
Many people enjoyed it too. even the Smash Remix team do.

if you want that, fork this mod and do it yourself. and good luck trying to figure that all by yourself.

also Smash Remix is a thing for 64 modding but the focus of that mod isn't trying to be some addon sequel to Smash 64. You best be lucky they even bother to make tools and docs on how to even mod 64, so you can do it yourself

it may be the most realistic movie fake video game to date, even compared to so many cases where it would have been much easier to get right and made more of a difference to the plot. supposedly they did all kinds of research to get the game right in the movie "the wrestler" and it still looks like a boomer's idea of what video games were like in the 80s.
