It's unbalanced as fuck (Flanders, Willy and Apu are stupidly good with Flanders being completely broken) and the gameplay is mostly mindless button mashing.
It's a guilty pleasure of mine but it's not a good game by any means.

Apparently Simpsons Hit and Run was such a successful licensed game that Ubisoft wanted to make their own Hit and Run, but with the South Park license instead. Speaking of whom, Hit and Run was the only multiformat Simpsons game to get a PC version, and the last Simpsons game to ever be released on PC.

This is the better shovelware(I would not consider it so but many people do) Simpsons game. I had it as a kid and used to play the spoof Doom game with Apu in the mini mart a lot.
