Yeah I sure do love my god-tier dc controller with a power cord coming out the wrong side, a stick that is designed to start drifting in less than a month of use, sharp bumps everywhere, triggers that squeak like crazy since the spring isn't properly anchored, and overall dogshit ergos. The Genesis port and USB versions are great. I recently bought them and they feel the same to me as the originals did. I've been using the USB version the most on Switch and it's great for games that really need a dpad (Mario Maker 2 mostly for me).

The Saturn controller, it's really good. I didn't have the dpad issues others had, maybe because I bought it recently and it wasn't the initial batch with the shitty plastic on the dpad. My only minor complaint is the shoulder buttons aren't microswitches anymore, but besides that it feels the same. For the $20 or so they go for, yeah they're good.

I like mine, better than my worn out ass old og pads that have mushy (some unresponsive) buttons. 30 years of use have made the originals just decoration at this point. These new pads are all I use now. Because they are new they feel better than the originals now. But compared the original pads when they were new? Can’t say 30 years is too long ago, I can’t recall something that specific from so long ago.
