Going by OS is so retarded it's almost funny. You must be new. And no, Dreamcast games are allowed because the platform (the console) came out before 2000. For computers, we don't go by hardware because there isn't a definitive computer release, there are thousands of different models. You have to go by game engine, as going by OS would be mongoloid-tier logic. But you're a little Halo faggot so it's no wonder you wouldn't understand anything.
