I had so much fun playing that game on my famiclone. My younger self had a hard time fighting the girl team, but then I realised that the kendo team's gear had the answer I needed to beat them. I don't remember how much farther I made it.

Right-side part of the image is what I'm referring to. In another series of tweets, she accused Wayforward of marginalizing the opinions of female employees. On top of that, he blocked people who were defending the game. It feels a bit spineless to me.

I can't find the original tweets in question, so I don't really know the full context of that conversation. But it just looks like the usual bootlicking you see from those types. The anti-Trump tweets don't mean anything to me either, just typical liberal guff.
Nothing that's really going to sour me on the game (Arin Hanson's involvement is doing that more than anything else)

At least it has that going for it. Most of the Million/ASW-era Technos projects have been pretty disappointing. Double Dragon Advance and River City Ransom EX were fine, but everything afterward feel like they were refusing to move pass the Famicom-era. Double Dragon IV in particular felt like a bad fangame.

When I was a kid, I thought this movie was supposed to be a gritty live action movie based on Sylvester and Tweety, what with them making a huge deal about SYLVESTER Stallone having a lead role and Wesley Snipes having yellow hair, thinking it was supposed to be Tweety. Bear in mind that I was wondering why the Pink Panther movies didn't actually feature the Pink Panther character, and didn't realize they were based on the original comics where the eponymous pink panther was a diamond, on top of a Dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde movie seemingly being focused around some bounty hunter in some southeast Asian shithole.

I've been saying this for a while. While I don't want to see it happen, but facing real death in a huge disaster or on the battlefield has a way of putting how much of a pussy you're being into perspective. But the problem is, as long as this snowflake shit is promoted in popular media, in the news, on every internet platform, it will remain popular and the "in thing." I believe totally in free speech, but there's a problem when you get railroaded the fuck out of town for calling someone out on snowflake bullshit.

This will continue to be promoted because it sells. It infuriates people, I forget the name of it, but it's a well known phenomena like how sex sells. The media deliberately talks about the dumbest shit to keep us mad and in the loop of watching that shit.

They never really had a real crossover until recently, when they put a Double Dragon-themed minigame in one of the 3DS Kunio game.

>Someone give me a quick rundown on Kunio Kun's SFC/SNES games
There's 5 of them.
Shodai Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun - Basically a 16-bit River City Ransom, but with more realistic graphics. Battles are more like random encounters in an RPG, in which you're forced to stay in one spot until you beat all the bad guys.

Kunio-tachi no Banka is another beat-'em-up, but it's more straightforward without any RPG elements, but it does have some bike-fighting stages, which is what you're thinking about. It's very story-heavy though.

Kunio-kun no Dodgeball Dayo Zen'in Shuugou and Downtown Nekketsu Baseball Monogatari are both sports game and there's also Kunio no Oden, a puzzle game.

>Wasn't there a Road Rash-like using the engine of his games?
You're probably thinking of Super Mad Champ. It was intended to be a Kunio spinoff and was made by the same developers, but it ended up being its own game instead.

I'm not the biggest AshitaNoFrog fan (the guy is too much of a whiner for me), but my2k is was literally accusing WayForward of marginalizing the opinions of their female employees and contributors (and on top of that, she seems like an obnoxious snowflake who thinks any simple disagreement is harassment), so I don't know why Adam Tierney would go out of his way to appease her to the point of alienating potential fans of his game, instead of not interfering.

I'm still cautiously optimistic about the game, but this situation (along with EgoRaptor's involvement) are big red flags to me.
