I tried Albert's Odyssey, Burning Rangers, and Astal, and didn't really care that much about any of them.

Gonna try Panzer Dragoon when I get home, but are there any other Saturn games I should try (/v/ recommended list is shit)?

If you're not into shooters (you probably aren't by your list) then try Shining series. You could try Enemy Zero if you're into survival horrors.

also *some* ports are better on saturn (Rayman i like best on saturn)

I still have my saturn and will cherish it forever. sold a bunch of my games in a yard sale years ago, but kept all my imports now im building up my collection again(still have my copy of Radiant Silver G)
