I need some help. So I'm in the UK and I'm wondering what TV's can do NTSC over Composite and S-Video at 60Hz. I get that RGB can bypass these issues, but my plan is to get a Rasp Pi 3B+ and use NTSC 240p 60Hz output via Composite for up to 5th Gen, and then use a HDMI to Composite 480i converter (from which the PC will output 640x480p 60Hz). I'm on a budget and I feel like this would make for a comfy and easy setup.
How common are TV's that can do NTSC 60Hz Composite in PAL regions, any specific models?

I'm currently looking at a bunch of 14 inch Sony KV's, but I'm not sure if it'll work. Also, I should've mentioned, the PC part was for emulating Gamecube, Wii, PS2 and Dreamcast.

Early 90's Sony Trinitron models have no issues with NTSC. Upper model Philips as well.

Pi2scart for 240p RGB over scart? Most scart equipped UK sets handle 240p 60Hz over scart just fine as long as it receives the 5v over on pin 9... I wasn't aware that Raspberry Pi was able to output 240p over composite. Happy to be proven wrong but I still wouldn't touch composite with a barge pole.

You have to set it up a bit but yeah it can do 240p, most importantly, the Pi actually has a pretty clean composite signal, close to S-Video.

Cool. Well I have a late 90s 27" Toshiba CRT and a smaller 16:9 Trinitron that handle NTSC composite just fine. Most sets from that era will be compatible.

I don't use those TVs for anything but N64 now, really should get that RGB modded too. :\
