Alright, It's the end of the weekend, most of you are just getting back from buying childhoods off unsuspecting parents. Now lets spread those pilfered memories around.

How do we safely trade games?

I got these. I also have a PS1 audiophile (1001) that I'd be willing to sell/trade.

looking for Genesis games (I only have one), and consoles. Specifically a; Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, GameGear, Turbografx, Sega CD, Neo Geo Pocket Color, or an N64.

If anyone has a broken Genesis controller, I could really use the D-Pad off of it. I just got a Genesis and the controller that came with it was pretty rough; I've gotten it into decently good shape, but the D-Pad is pretty much beyond repair. You could just send it via envelope with a slight bit of padding, I suppose, no need for expensive parcel or anything. Or, if you have a good website for finding replacement parts like that, that'd be good too. At any rate, I'd really appreciate it!

I hit a Salvation Army the other day, bought a box of assorted SNES stuff that had 2 working SNES, 2 controllers, all the wires minus a single power wire which are pretty easy to get, Super Mario RPG, and Donkey Kong Country.

All for a whopping 5 dollars.

Anyone frequent these threads have big box PC games for sale?

Looking for Resident Evil 1 and Doom v1.666. I'll always hate myself for not keeping a better eye on my pc game collection, and I lost a box a while back containing a bunch of different games. I've re-bought most of them except those two.

Doom is pretty rare anyway (All I ever see on eBay is that stupid pack-in box with Wolfenstein), but fucking Resident Evil for Windows 95 and DOS has been fucking impoosible for me to find.

The last time I saw one on eBay it was for $150. I waited, hoping to see another, but it never showed.

Anyone have the USA version of the game with the "UNCUT AND BLOODIER THAN THE PLAYSTATION ORIGINAL" sticker on it?

Hey guys, just finished restoring this NES console that I salvaged from my friend's basement after it got flooded by Hurricane Sandy. I installed a new set of pins that had gotten rusted and damaged, and it works like a charm on any cleaned game I put in; the only game that was giving me trouble was my copy of Gauntlet, and it's a crapshoot with that cartridge usually anyway.

I have two controllers, a zapper, a power cord, RF switch, and the AV cables for it, was looking primarily for a cash offer on Paypal.

I just realized the OP is wrong about fees.

A purchase payment is 1.9-2.9% + 0.30 cents (on Canadian paypal at least) and the seller must pay it. But a personal payment is 2.9% + 0.30 cents yet the buyer can choose who pays it. It looks like a personal payment is the worst way to go since it also offers no recourse

Sometimes PriceCharting has problems differentiating between JP and NA titles. Thus, it's not always good for a quick glance at games for things like the Saturn, where prices vary greatly between regions. You might have to do a bit more investigating.

Riding around to garage sales & flea markets finding games that were sitting in basements & atics & then cleaning & making boxes for them so I can put them back into circulation is pretty much my dream job. I may not make much, but I love what I do, and in my eyes, that's what's important.

I have a Sega Genesis Model 2 with Sonic 1, 2, 3&K, and Spinball. It works fine, the port for the power supply is a bit conky so you have to make sure the cable is in there just right. Only video hookup I have is a co-ax cable. I'd be willing to trade for a SNES with one or two decent games, or sell it for $40-50 or best offer.

Yeah sure, but the important footage, the games pickups and stores would still be with the not-so-great camera. And I'm all for the sake of consistency in lieu of clashing quality of footage.
But either way, do what your heart desires.
And yeah, you're probably drawing too much attention to yourself, and I'm not helping it either, sorry about that. But even if you drop the trip people would complain that you were trying to hide yourself to sell some games without people complaining or something, I can already see it.

I don't know if it's a factory setting or what, but I just switch scart cords per system instead of messing with that's plugged into the back of the PVM. It's always plugged into RGB1 so when I turn on the system it's always on component/RGB 1 unless I physically press the rgb/comp 2 button on the front pannel.

The only other thing I have hooked up to the PVM in the back are my wii's component cables since th NTSC model wiis don't like RGB.

TLDR: I only have one RB cord plugged at a time, so it's ALWAYS on RGB 1

Before I put anything on eBay I come here and offer what I find at a lower price because I'd rather get games out to you guys then put it up for it's average price. Even then, I keep to the low end to stay competitive with other sellers. Whatever I don't sell in 3 days, I relist at 1-3 dollars cheaper. If anything, I'm driving the average prices of games down.

But like I said, if you don't like my offers then move on. Once I get the games I want I'll probably stop doing this. And everyone is free to haggle with me.

Now, most SNES games were very common. Even obscure shit like shaq-fu or batman is at a 1 or 2. Earthbound, Megaman 7, and the rare campus challenge are expensive for a reason.
