Gamecube gives me lots of nostalgia with all the great multiplayer games, PS2 had some of my favorite third person games, and Xbox is kinda responsible for getting me into PC games. I never owned a Dreamcast, but my cousin did and it was the best system for fighters.

theres something really cool/unique about this game but im not sure what it is. it feels sand boxy but at the same time is quite limited. its like sakurai was trying to recreate the feeling of super stars but in a racing format. city trial is really cool going around seeing shit as its happening but its just like.. weird. it feels like an incomplete game or something.

I really enjoy early '00 linearity like KOTOR 1, NOLF,|Half-Life, etc. These games had simple mechanics, put everything to good use, and focused on good storytelling.

Any more games that do this?

The only great game in that series IMO. I remember being blown away by the motorcycle stuff and I'm still fucking pissed that the GTA games of that time never adopted a similar dynamic camera system as an option. The cinematic camera option those games have is infinitely inferior and isn't remotely the same.
