I liked World Tour a lot. I picked up the newest 2d Worms on steam and idk, maybe I just grew up but it's too easy to do the best thing which is almost always a water kill or just adding to 100 with shotgun, bazooka is nore to move them than anything and grenades are useless unless you're 1shotting with one of the powerful ones. Idk

Also if you play with friends amd they're smart you almost always go to time with girder plays since having one worm fort up is really convenient and if you don't and you go 1 for 1 everywhere else the bunkered worms can grind out any of the outside worms

Armageddon on PC because of dev's ongoing support. I feel it really improved upon Worms2.

Worms2. Had the best world editor, enabled also adjustment of physics, including explosion intensity of each weapon etc... loads of fun were had with that one in school.

Worms World Party was also good. Especially the shopper mod.

worms 1 is the best, bigger map, less rope. no jet pack and stupid shit. cluster bomb is not a joke and animations are faster, allowing for more dynamic matches

yeah I leraned that back in 2004 when I had a super shitty PC and could only play worms world party online. Crazy eastern europeans playing roper, proper, shopper. Good times, managed it after a while. But never got really good. Would still play it again.
