Demon's Crest is one of my top 3 dream games for the show. The other two are Little Ralph and Magical Pop'n.

Demon's Crest seems like a nice fit. I can see this being a 2-parter, since there's a lot of exploration, and you need to find a lot of things.

Also, they're not going to make Arino get the super impossible to get secret ending right?

If they make him 100% the game, it's definitely going two episodes. He'll probably get a bad ending on the first episode.
I bet they'll make him sit through the credits and see the password at the very end, then maybe a couple tries on the secret boss.

I can totally see him "exploring" getting to the final boss early, and getting the bad ending. Arino goes "Eh?!". ADs come in and explain he got the worst ending. This would be around the 30 min mark of the first episode.

I then suspect he'll work and get the regular ending. But then they'll force some AD to slave away to get the 100% ending.

btw, I think Oddworld 1-2 would work well for this show too. But it might be too violent. Puzzle platformers are great for this show, since they're not based on reactions rather puzzle solving skills. I actually think that the best eps are always these style. Adventure, horror, quiz, etc are just various forms of puzzle games. And Arino, even at his prime, didn't have the best reflexes anyways.

Comedians often tend to be very in-character when they interact with people on-camera or with fans that expect them to be the way they are on TV.

The only episodes from season 1 that are fully subbed are 1, 2, 3, 9 and 11.
But you're really missing out if you just watch the ercepts, the challeng segment wasn't the main attraction at the time, and is just throwaway fluff in several of them.
