For real though, Jak and Daxter might be the best 3D collectathon platformer from a design and presentation standpoint. Unfortunately it’s really short because of how quickly it flows. But that game is damn near perfect.

Record of Lodoss War - it's great h&s, I enjoyed it even more than first Diablo or psx Legacy of Kain, not even shitting you. Also, even if it sounds like it'd be some weeb stuff, it's totaly western game (art, music, story, crafting system, everything). It was way less popular than it should be imo, despite great reviews that it had.

I think that Jet Set Radio and Soul Calibur deserve honorary mention, I've had lot of fun playing these two as well.
