Rocketknight, Ranger X, Sub Terrania, Phantasy Star series, Shining series, Shining in the Darkness, Beyond Oasis, Ultimate MK3, Battletoads Doubledragon, etc.

You should get the CD attachment and start collecting for that. You can very easily burn all the expensive games for the console. Fuck spending 700 bucks for snatcher, or a 1000+ for keio. I have physical copies for all games that are 200 and under, but the most expensive ones I burn.

Aladdin is surprisingly fun.
All the Strike games are good.
Pick up the 6-Pak and you get Streets of Rage and Golden Axe which are both fun beat em ups, plus Columns.
