ITT: God tier beat em up

Don't mind if it is on Home console or Arcade

>> No.553984

SoR is so dated (just like many other "classic" beat 'em ups) with the soundtrack being the only memorable feature of the francise (expecially at the first one).

Street of Rage franchise's developers are maybe the firsts who understood that a beat em up had to have several different combos to avoid being boring

Anyone here has played King of dragons on snes ?

Alien Vs Predator from Capcom is fucking awesome. I don't know if it's my idea but it's from the least talked beat'em ups from Capcom even if it's based on a famous francise.

No way in hell, man. At least in my local area, that's considered THE arcade beat-'em-up, right behind the D&D games.

>> No.554519

Golden Axe: Return of Death Adder. Easily the best Golden Axe game. Also, the Kamen Rider game for SNES was pretty boss. You can set custom attack combos to the l and r buttons, and there's a lot of neat gimmicks, like transforming to power up or even a quick time even finishing move for bosses.
