I 1cc'd Final Soldier on the TG16 today. Apparently this is rated the easiest 16-bit shmup to 1cc. Well it wasn't too hard. It took some practice but I got there in the end. This was my first shmup 1cc. Not sure what to tackle next. I might do Super Star Soldier and then Soldier Blade (leaving the better one for last). I might also do Star Parodier if it's not too cutesy.
