That would be pretty easy seeing as how the game never required cdkey to play online. All you need is post anime picture and say that it's gonna be lgbtabcdefhijkmnopqrstuvwxyz friendly then your tranny party will pwnz

That looks really good.

Urghhh why did I come to this board... I moved house 2 years ago and threw away a 19 inch, 17 inch and 2 15 inch crt monitors. Now when I check ebay all the monitors are listed as "retro" with a large price.

What have I doneeeee!

Diablo II came out shortly after I moved into my 1st apartment, and I played that game in an unhealthy way for over 10 years. It is an amazing game, there has been nothing quite like it ever again. Diablo III was a huge letdown, but I am also realistic that the magic was gone long after the creative talents at Blizzard North broke apart. Games of this type will always be compared to Diablo, which says a lot for the series overall. They truly set the bar which has never really be reached since.

>>5514296
>threw away
CRTs are cheap if you know where/how to look for them. As you see, anyone that lists them as "Retro" is price gouging. There are plenty of people who are reasonable and will give them away knowing that IF they can't, they will be required to physically move them and pay a disposal fee. I have not paid more than $20 for a CRT in the last 20 years, and have a few very nice and lightly used models. I always try for early-mid 2000s because these will have the least amount of hours, though a high quality unit that is from the late 90s will still work great.

This first had better team play because you had to manage crowds.

It also had way better atmosphere and pacing.

D2 had more interesting builds and way better PvP.

D1 is the better game though.

I find the best way to play D1 is to enter the Labyrinth, and don't come back out.

Yeah I like how D1 made you utilize your environment and pay more attention to your positioning.

the game was useless without the expansion
the extremely small item hoard was basically only a backpack prior to that
I mean you couldnt do shit with the expansion sized item hoard even considering the cube to add to that. But the original game had a hoard the size of the cube.
Im glad I never played it without the expansion

well what you say is supposed to be true, in one session but resets if you quit to main menu.
also the old days Unique rings used to always drop Nagelring > Manaldheal > SoJ in order, so everyone would just carry the first two rings on them all the time guaranteeing a SoJ every time.

I still hate myself because I got so used to Cathan's/Angel's items dropping that I tossed away an Angel's Amulet thinking I already had one.
Also been playing on my current ladder (I delete all my plugy characters/stash every 6~12 months for fun) for like 5 months now and still not seen a Nagelring or a SoJ. I need both badly.

I went to a used PC parts store to find it all. I would have taken a yellowed old one but this was in a box for five. The CRT was $15 probably because it didn't have a price tag.
