OP I contribute this game, pretty much never seen someone talk about it, despite it being probably the coolest outrun clone I've ever seen.

I've never played it, but the page indicates that the game has similarities to Enduro from Atari.

That awesome link not only has the game playable, but a manual of sorts too.
