What isn't? The only thing that stands out from this mspaint background is the shitty sprite set of the karters and an awfully scribbled text on the wall saying "press b". They have never looked good from the side, and sometimes even the front. Just about the only good thing here is the metallic gradient on the logo. Imagine going from the boxart to this shit. Talk about an awful first impression. It's like a chinese snes booted up into atari mode.
