Mr Bones is a weird fucking game. I'm not sure if I would call it good. Each stage is like a different mini game and some stages are more interesting than others. The skeleton characters are animated with 3D models, but the game environments are pre-rendered 2D and sometimes even use FMV. I always thought it looked cool visually at least.

Stuff like this looks cool to me. The bone dinosaur is basically an FMV element, while the main character is a 3D model.

If the game had more rhythm levels and more stuff like the standup comedy level, I think people would remember the game more fondly.

I think it had a great variety and was challenging too. The Glass Shards level has got to be my favorite just for the narration.
