BloodGDX - java shit, no source code, legal dispute (uses a leaked code from Blood Apha).

NBlood - works natively, has source code, based on Eduke32.

When you will play you wouldn't see a difference.

The fuck are you talking about? NBlood's reverse engineering method ripped off what M210 did with GDX even if Duke4 homos will never admit it. That Nukey fuck denied using the alpha but it was obvious because variables had the same names as in alpha source. Both are reverse engineered ports and GDX is the one that's actually gameplay accurate; neither have the original source code and both used the alpha as a reference point for disassembly. If you mean that NBlood is open source, GDX is going to be made open source, too.
