Well, everyone I knew and their cat (no pun intended) had the EGA PC version on their PC. I've never seen the Atari version and I wasn't even aware of it until you mentioned it and I googled it. So there's that

Alley Cat doesn't seem like it was ever actually released--nobody has managed to turn up an original copy of either the Atari or PC version. Maybe it was cancelled and they just leaked the finished game to BBSes.
