It really is something. When I first saw it I thought it was a cheap Kirby knockoff. Once I played it, I knew how wrong I had been. It has some of the tightest platforming on the system. Check out the hack Dark Gimmick if you're up for a challenge, or look at videos of it if you want to see some really skilled star riders.

Spoiler so as to not get off topic: Also in case you've not, play Umihara Kawase. It's another great one that most people discount because they think it's weeb shit.
