The dumb thing about Hearts is that in one round you can get into a bad "rhythm" and spiral out of control with basically no recourse. I prefer games like Pitch; you can still get fucked over, but the rounds are shorter. Alas, no e-Pitch client I can recall.

Clever passing in this game is key to entertainment. The rounds without card passing are a lot more reliant on sheer luck, and they are duller as well. Passing some suits can make nice strategies, when to shoot for example.

I also think the jack of the clubs should be a factor for additional depth. It was badly missing from the MS version.
