The AV Famicom came out in 93 and was produced all the way until 2003. The newer revision board with no jailbars must have started appearing some time in 94 to 95 since there are a few revised Toploader NES systems as well and these were discontinued in 95.
In fact, I have one of these new revisions and the mobo does say copyright 1995.
That leaves a full 8 years of production for the new revisions. Again, anyone with a brain can deduce that, considering the fact that demand was apparently still high enough to sell them in retail until 2003 for a full 8 years, there probably are more than enough out there in the wild.
