Panzer Dragoon Zwei and Saga are the only ones I can think of which are exclusive. Everything else is either a port, or has gotten ports since.

Fighters Megamix looks fun at first due to the gigantic roster and VF3 movesets, but unfortunately the gameplay is based on Fighting Vipers which is dogshit. Even if you set the game to VF mode, you just remove the power counters and that's it. And it uses rinky dinky sound effects instead of the room filling sonic booms that VF does whenever you land a kick.

Nights is pretty bad honestly. It just isn't a good game at all. The saturn software library was really limited and it's hardware was seriously under utilized. The games that are excellent on there were also available on other platforms. Granted it was usually inferior on other platforms but nonetheless there was very few good exclusives and most of them were JP only

Nights gives me motion sickness because the gameplay is so jarring. I've done a ride along in a stunt plane before that did corkscrews and shit but Nights makes my want to throw up.

Fghting Vipers and DOA are both alright, I just never can really get into 3D Fighters for whatever reason. Although if I want to do a moon walking simulator I usually play Virtua Fighter 2 just for the shits and giggles.

In that case, do you not like Spyro either? That game is just as jarring to the point the Japanese version had an entirely different camera developed just for the Japanese audience. Your brain not being able to handle certain motion doesn't disqualify the game itself from being good. Your sensitivity would fix itself if you cared to expose yourself long enough to acclimate to it.
