I've never heard anyone saying EWJ aged poorly. Although I guess zoomers just wouldn't "get" that sort of 90s cartoon vibe because it's alien to them. Stuff like Ren and Stimpy. They also wouldn't get the context of the 90s being full of every company trying to shit out anthropomorphic mascot platformers copying Sonic, and EWJ was a parody of that as well as tons of the video game cliches of the time.
