CTR featured everything MK64 had but with smoother controls and a hub world based exploration mode.

I played speedfreaks on ps1 which I thought was pretty good, the frame rate on mario kart 64 seemed about 25 which is a bit low, you notice it going over the bridge on dk race way. Diddy kong racing also has a pretty bad frame rate. the ds version runs at 60 fps
