As far as ones that are actually marked adults-only (red label, not the adults-reccomended yellow label) I like Can Can Bunny Premiere and Nonomurabyouin no Hitobito. I picked up a couple of strip mahjong games with Sugiyama Gensho's art but never really played them because I still haven't learned mahjong.

Hey if you plan on picking up mahjon I suggest trying out Lovely Pop 2 in 1 it has a cheat list with power ups you can buy with in-game points and it tells you the tiles needed for a tsumo when you're 1 tile away from going out (richi)

I wish Sega had some basic quality control not to allow grainy rl porn (dangerously close to illegal loli territory for OP's one) with barely any gameplay (rigged jankenpon, rigged mahjong) and allowed more games like YU-NO.

As a result they cowered after the low effort porn flood and reinstated the no porn rule just in time for the actual quality adult games (more planned elf ports) to be cancelled. Imagine how different gaming's landscape if Sega offered quality old school games that are not afraid of being adult only, it would have been a renaissance on consoles for the style of PC-98 games instead of immediately killed off by prude Sony's rules and only moeblob games surviving anymore.
