Hello /vr/ please forgive me shitting up your board but I don't know where else to ask this.
You see I am a pleb when it comes to retro games, sure I have played one or two of the really big ones but the majority of them have passed me by.
So I was hoping that you might have one of those lists, a recommended retro game or "essentials" list that I could play some games from and have a better feel for the board and for retro games as a whole.
If there is not one already maybe we could make one in this thread?

Once again I want to apologize if I am shitting up the board, or breaking some unspoken rule.

Here's an unfinished version of one of the snes lists. The thread 404'd before I could save the finished one. It's only missing the stuff the OP added like titles and release dates.
