heey gonna try asking something here (don't sure if it fits the "retro")

there was a house of the dead demo I used to play years ago when I was just a kid (on a Resident Evil special third-party CD lol).
I remember the demo consisted of a fat creature. I was scared of the nature of the game so I, well, didn't play it.
Do you know which House of the Dead game is? (yeah, tried googleing, 30 minutes. turns out there are many House of the Dead games, and I can't even remember the graphics or anything else. saw quick youtube videos but couldn't find it)

closer i can think of is this "Charles" dude, from the third game
doesn't look that horrible as I remember... might be a wrong one? might be a "boss" one? was it bigger and huge? I don't remember, but it has to be him
or perhaps, I was only scared of the sole nature of the game lol

Thank you!

I was thinking it might be the menacing chainsaw boss from HotD2, since he's probably the most intense boss in the game. But he's not exactly as fat as I remember - https://youtu.be/gsHm-PXM1fE

It's been probably 20 years since I've played the first game, and 10 since I've played the second, so my memory is pretty shot on the subject. Either way the series did have some intimidating enemies.
