What /vr/ game(s) has the power to evoke in you that strange feeling of happiness, tranquility and why not, bitterness / nostalgia all at once? Post pics, OST, stories or just your thoughts. Let's talk a little about the games that made us.

Started Chrono Trigger two or three over the years but never finished it, for one reason or another.

Currently playing through with the intention of finally finishing the game and I've gotten further than I ever have before. I just got to this scene for the first time and hooooly shit I was not expecting any of this. So far the game has had tons of charm and a few good 'shit got real' moments, and the Chrono resurrection scene with Marle was sweet I guess, but I was not at all anticipating the game to suddenly get this heavy.

The Lucca stuff was a gutpunch I wasn't ready for, but mostly it was just the things the characters were saying around the campfire. All that talk about memories flashing before your eyes before death, how we have a tendency to remember the tragic moments more profoundly than happy ones, the desire to relive old memories, just all of it.

It was surreal, and existential enough to feel a little anxious, but also cathartic. It was only a few hours ago, but playing this part of the game felt briefly like I was living in a dream.

This game, i have fond memories of it; but also found it too fucking hard back in the day and never finished it (even though i was actually sad about it).

I'd rather not, the board's quality is already suffering.
