You're better off buying Kitsch-bent gears, stick and bowl, grease it with silicon lubricant spray and sand the rough parts of the plastic. Also, you should open the bowl's gears slot holes a little bit until the gears are running fast. Your controller will be like NEW.

i got one of these at eb games for my n64 back in they day and never used a regular n64 controller ever again. now i have 4 of em, 2 still 'new in box'ish incase i ever wear out the ones i use.

also have 2 of pic related, its a later version with SLOW and AUTO features that are laughable. the buttons are more 'clicky' but i dont like the d pad as much

still better than regular n64 controllers

these superpads/makopad 64s are awesome.

dunno about the quality of controller in OP, never handled one, but the layout looks nice, better than og n64
