I vaguely remember one of my relatives renting this game from Blockbuster when I was a kid. Is it good?

Whenever you see that Sunsoft logo, at the very least it probably won't be crap.

It's good. I own it for the Sega Genesis, since Genesis games have a collectible case. Unlike the SNES with it's boxes. I did however download the SNES version on my PSP and on my SNES mini. The SNES version is definitely superior, even though there aren't too much of a difference between the SNES & Genesis version, other than SNES having better graphics & music.

It's middle of the road, not one of the best, but not terrible either, a 5/10 beat'em up.

That's because most of them weren't developed in-house, Sunsoft only published them.

>Death and Return of Superman?
Developed by Blizzard.
>Batman: Revenge of the Joker?
Developed by Ringler Studios.
>Blaster Master 2?
Developed by Software Creations.
>Aero the Acro-Bat?
Developed by Iguana.
>Daze Before Christmas?
Developed by Funcom.

And so on.

I always assumed Iguana was a partition of Sunsoft.
Why did they develop a game about Sunsoft's mascot?
