Hi to you all, as the title says my PlayStation1 runs perfectly various games if the memory card is not plugged in, when i plug in the memory card the controller stops working, it seems like i manually ubplogged the controller.

Anyone out there can help me?

Open it up and look for the problem. It could very well be an mechanical issue due to proximity.

I had a bad memory card do this. I couldn't fix the memory card. A different card and everything works perfectly.

Well there's yer problem. Try investing in more than one $1 accessory and get ones that work.
