X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse for the SNES.
Be sure to avoid Wolverine: Adamantium Rage for the 4th generation era systems.

It's not really /vr/ (2009 - or is it?), but I heard X-Men Origins: Wolverine was pretty good.

>> No.4819923

X-Men 2: Clone Wars was fun

X-MEn Children of the Atom, saturn, is my all time fav

If you like X-Men vs. Street Fighter, you'll probably like Marvel Superheroes vs. Street Fighter and Marvel vs Capcom.

It is actually really good. It’s a bit repetitive but I had a lot of fun with it.

X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse and Marvel Super Heroes: War of the Gems on the SNES are both pretty sweet.

I hesitate to call this overlooked, except that I almost never see it mentioned. Crucially, Wolverine actually has his healing factor in this game.

Doesn't he also have a slow one in the predecessor? It's been awhile since I've played either one

He was the best character in the game for the healing factor alone.

Yeah that game was clunky as fuck. Can't speak much for the SNES version but the Genesis had some pretty cool tracks.

X-Men Mutant Apocalypse and X-Men 2: Clone Wars blew it out of the water though.

Don't let the LJN logo fool you. The NES Wolverine game is really quite decent. Plus it's got a kickin' soundtrack by Geoff Follin, Tim's lesser-known brother.

Oh man, In this game you have limited claws right? That sucks, using the claws is the coolest thing in being wolverine.

I Like the first Marvel vs Capcom, but maybe I'm the only one in this thread

we're not all fans of that retarded e-begger avgn, or give a single fuck about his autistic opinions, but thanks for insulting our intelligence anyway.

LJN really does suck though. I knew that at least 15 years before AVGN even existed.

Same. Lost the cover though. :\

Awesome pilot but I'm glad we were spared the Australian Wolverine for the much better Fox Kids series a few years later.
