Well, Amazon has it listed for 120, there's a place by me that has it for 100. I'm assuming it's legitimately somewhat rare, apparently Capcom didn't produce enough copies to meet demand back when it was released. It's probably in the same boat as X3. Near 200 dollars for a loose cart is probably way too much, though.

Likewise, Chrome is a good browser in its own right and works just fine. And Google as a search engine tends to works better than DuckDuckGo does anyway.
