Okay, let's take Perfect Dark as an example. They fucked up the auto-aim, they "improved" the graphics by making a lot of the characters and guns looks like utter shit, they changed various details (such as the faces you can use for bots or the name of some cheats like DK Mode), for some bizarre reason removed a few features like being able to put elvis' head on a human body and the laptop gun now only being able to fire one clip in sentry mode (making it basically useless), introduced additional glitches such as fly-by-wire rockets not working correctly... the list goes on. Perhaps the worst thing is that they were really lazy in a few areas, such as hand models. In the original PD, it was impressive because each character model had a unique set of hands -- in the XBLA/RR version they reuse hands for a bunch of characters. A small detail, but sloppy. Sure, you get 60fps, but if I care about framerate I'll just emulate it on PC. The original is still the best.
