I know how you feel OP, although I don't think we can really say it was the best generation (that was probably 4th), it was still my childhood and I'd like my childhood to be considered retro.
However, the board has set rules and no matter how much we want it, the PS2, GC and XBox will never be released before the year 2000.
Also you will just get banned. Spam Hiro instead and ask him for the creation of /v2k/ as we all have been doing for a while.
